Contract for Wedding Video Services

___ Gold Package $1,000- Gold package will include: Full day coverage. Any rehearsal footage wanted. Camera operator and assistant. No less than three cameras. Any microphones needed (Lavaliere, hand held, boom…..) Any lighting needed for filming. Up to six copies of fully edited DVD with printed cover and disc. Unlimited use of graphics and music for wedding DVD. All travel expenses. (Within 55 miles of the offices of Tucker Time Videography)
___ Silver Package $800- Silver Package will include: Full day coverage. Camera operator and assistant. No less than three cameras. Any microphones needed (Lavaliere, hand held, boom…) Any lighting needed for filming. Three copies of fully edited DVD with printed cover and disc. ($24.99 for each additional copy) Limited graphics and music for wedding DVD. Limited travel expenses.
___ Bronze Package $600- Bronze Package will include: Full day coverage. Camera operator. Two cameras. Any microphones needed (Lavaliere, hand held, boom….) Any lighting needed for filming. Three copies of fully edited DVD with printed cover and disc. ($24.99 for each additional copy) Limited graphics and music for wedding DVD. Limited travel expenses.

All or part of this video may be used by Tucker Time Videography for promotional purposes (please choose by circling your choice): YES / NO
Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of $_________ is payable at the time of booking to Tucker Time Videography. The balance is due before or on the day, filming begins. If balance is not paid in full Tucker Time Videography will not film and deposit will be forfeited.
In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked client.
Tucker Time Videography will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.
It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. Tucker Time Videography will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
Contract for wedding video services
Miscellany continued:
Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are the discretion of Tucker Time Videography.
Tucker Time Videography will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics, lighting, interference from guests, ect.
Tucker Time Videography reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Any liability on the part of Tucker Time Videography will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Tucker Time Videography of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Copyright will be owned by Tucker Time Videography. Any additional copies of the finished product will be purchased by the client only, through Tucker Time Videography.
